Random Stufff

Camping was great. The weather was good. Conner got a huge kick out of everyone dressed up. The kids were spoiled. Conner got a necklace, a whistle, and a flute. Kiera got a really cute outfit (we are going to use it as her Halloween costume) she got some moccasins and a drum. Dad got the guy down from 45.00 to 15.00 for the drum because Kiera got a hold of "the stick" when anyone tried to to take her stick she threw a fit.
Conner started 4 year old pre-school. So far he loves school and is excited everyday to be going. He seems so much smarter than what they expect of the kids in his class but at least he gets the interaction if nothing else. Dave showed him twice how to tie his new shoes and by the following day w/ step by step instruction he was able to do it himself w/ very little help. We've been doing the Teach Your Child To Read in 100 Easy Lessons. He's doing really well with it. His pre-school only works on teaching the kids letter names and sounds and shapes and colors.

The immediate family is doing well however Krista and Shaun sadly lost a very dear member of their family. Lucy passed away most likely due to snail poison. I just don't understand how anyone could do that. Especially to Lucy. Dozer and Lucy are relatively quite and peaceful.
